What To Expect During Your Sauna Session
During your appointment, you will sit inside the private sauna enclosure with your head remaining outside. The warmth gradually surrounds your body, and you may begin to perspire as the session continues.
Temperature and session length are selected with your comfort in mind. First-time clients may begin with a shorter session and gradually increase their time when appropriate.
You should arrive well-hydrated and drink additional water following your appointment. Lightweight clothing is generally recommended, and specific preparation instructions will be provided when you schedule.
PES Ionic Foot Detox
The PES Ionic Foot Detox offers a peaceful foot-soak experience combining warm water, a controlled amount of salt, and the PES electrical array. Once activated, the system produces a gentle electrical current through the water in a process known as electrolysis.
